Also called an "emotional version of acupuncture"  (but without needles), stimulates  specific points  to all the major meridian systems on our body though a gentle fingertip tapping method.  At the same time, while tapping, you are guided to explore, express and release various facets of  "emotional issues"  by conscious awareness to allow in new choices. The best healing modality I have come across yet, truly a complete multi dimensional healing tool.

New York State Licensed Massage Therapist:
An advocate of integrative massage, I often incorporate intention, visualization, and breathing into my client's sessions. A combination of massage tools are explored from deep tissue, swedish and the shiatsu to hand tailor  your specific needs. Reiki and other energy modalities, also known as shakti, chi or prana, naturally enhances the benefits of the massage. Therapeutic
use of essential oils can also add great healing potential.

Reiki lll Practitioner:
Many of the ancient enery practices of the Far East such as Reiki, Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga believe that emotional, mental and physical stress can block the body's energy centers called Chakras. When our life energy is disrupted, it can cause blockages on many levels. Reiki is a powerful tool for re-balancing and revitalizing energy, calming the mind/emotions, increasing your body's natural capacity to heal.

Interfaith Minister:
I am NY licensed marriage officiant. I am available for spiritual coaching, baby blessings, house blessings and other sacred ceremonies of an interfaith, spiritual nature. I also conduct healing circles and meditation groups.

Kripalu YogaDance Teacher:
Teaching a unique approach to movement combining the great tradition of Kripalu Yoga and Dance. It is meditation-in-motion, sometimes wild and ecstatic, sometimes quiet and graceful. A joyful way to bring you to a deeper awareness of the spiritual energy within, and great for toning muscles, building flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Workshop Facilitator and Speaker:

  • Introductory talks on meditation, energy management, stress reduction & peak performance  for prospective clients, businesses, and other organizations.
  • One to  Two hour Lectures on "Managing Our Emotions", "Energy Enhancement Tips, "Abundance Thinking", "Office Yoga Stretches" for employees, students, performers, and other groups.
  • Workshops on some above specific topics. Includes demonstrations, practice of techniques, group participation with integrative energy processing.
